The Tradeshift Module allows the uploading of invoices from CareMaster to Tradeshift and is a chargeable extra. Please Contact Us for pricing or to arrange an upgrade to your licence. Until this has been done you will not be able to complete the set up.
You will need to add the "FTPS Uploader(v4) app to your Tradeshift account.
You will also need an FTP application to transfer the invoice files from your system to Tradeshift, there are a number of different applications available one of which is "Filezilla" (a free version of this program is available).
In order for invoices to be available for uploading to Tradeshift, the "Upload to Tradeshift" box must be ticked on the relevant Charge Templates. See Charge Templates - Main for further details.
There are also two screens in the "Settings" area that need to be completed. Go to System Defaults and scroll down to the "Tradeshift1" and "Tradeshift 2" sections for further details.
