The four "Notes" fields are 'free text' and can be used to record any information you wish.
By default these four fields are headed "Unused Note Field" but they can be renamed if required. Go to the "Settings" menu, followed by "Invoicing" and then "Choose Invoice Formats".
This will open the "Choose Invoice Formats" screen.
Click the yellow button on the right side of the screen and the "Charge Template "Note" Captions" screen will open.
Type in the captions you require for each of the fields and then click the "Close" button.
