This is accessed from the "Invoicing" tab at the top of the screen.
Select the option from the menu and the "Update Respite Care Hourly" screen will appear.
All charge template lines that have been designated as "Respite Care" from all resident records will appear on this screen. You may now fill in the start date and time and the end date and time in the "Start Time" and "End Time" fields. The total number of hours between the start time and end time will be calculated automatically. If you have several different charge periods within the month, you can use the "Copy" button on the left to create as many lines as required. You can then enter the relevant start and end times for each line. An invoice for the specified number of hours will now be produced on the next invoice run.
