This option produces a report that shows a list of rates applicable for each client within a given date range. Click on the "Reports" tab to bring up the list of options and then select "Invoicing & Financial" followed by "
Charge Template Rate History by Funding Source
" from the menu options list.
You will then see the "Charge Template Rate History" screen.
You can select which home you want to run the report for (if you have more than one home) or leave blank for all homes. Then enter a "From Date" and "To Date", select the output - either Screen, Printer or CSV and then click on "OK".
Click on "Yes" to run the report or "No" to cancel. If you chose 'Screen', a print preview will now be displayed allowing a final check before printing, the report can now be printed or exported from this screen.
