Ad-Hoc Sales Addresses

 
On occasion, you may wish to send an invoice to an address that is different from the one associated with the Sage Customer Account that has been selected on the Charge Template. If so you can create "Ad-Hoc Sales Addresses" which can then be selected to override the address imported from Sage Accounts.
 
Click on the "Settings" tab to bring up the list of options and then select "Invoicing" followed by "Ad-Hoc Sales Addresses" from the menu options list.
 
 
The "Ad-Hoc Sales Addresses" screen will now be displayed.
 
 
Click the red '+' button at the top of the screen and then fill in the address details. When all details have been entered, click the green "tick" button to save the record. Further addresses can be added by clicking the red '+' button again and following the same procedure. You can also search existing addresses by clicking on the "Search" button.
 
 
Addresses entered through this procedure can then be selected on Charge Templates as required.
